How to Kick Higher
One of the biggest goals for Martial Artists is to learn How to Kick Higher. People spend so much time trying to stretch as much as possible in hopes of getting higher kicks. They repeat the same stretches over and over, getting frustrated not seeing the results they are after.
I also remember being 10 years old and able to do the splits all 3 directions, but no matter what I did I couldn’t achieve that perfect vertical roundhouse kick. As I grew up, I tried every type of workout and flexibility class I could so I could have the flexibility to have high, sharp kicks for Poomsae and the ease of scoring headshots in Sparring.
After years of researching, testing, and training, I discovered the drills that not only worked for me, but also for my students to get higher kicks. Now I want to share my knowledge with other dedicated Martial Artists to help you too!
