Pro Sparring Workouts: Drills at Home
When I was 19, I decided I wanted to compete in Sparring and make it on the US National Team. I trained at my home dojang coached by my sister, flew to La Loma Training Center in Mexico, and got taught by the best coaches in the world. A couple years later, I made it on my first team- the 2019 US Collegiate National Team.
The high-level training I received took me from losing 90% of my first matches at tournaments to earning the #1 spot in my weight category in the US. I would practice the drills I learned over and over again, alone in the gym, or with a training partner. After 6 years of competing around the world at events like the World Cup, the Summer University Games, World University Championships, and others, I decided to retire from competition and begin a new journey of passing on my experience for others to enjoy.

I created the Pro Sparring Training Workout so that anyone could have access to high-level training workouts to improve their skills. The course takes you through workouts that cover speed, agility, power, reaction time, and technical sparring skills to improve in the ring.
This course is made for both athletes that want to train to compete, and also for Taekwondo practitioners that just want to enjoy the benefits of high-level training. It’s also great for Martial Arts school owners and instructors to teach sparring class students- each workout comes along with a PDF routine and videos to follow-along and explain each drill.

How Do I Use the Course?
There are 4 full workout routines that include a variety of exercises including warmups, agility drills, kicking drills, cool down, core, and stretches. Depending on your level, you can adjust the sets/reps of each drill, and how often you do them. I would recommend with doing one workout a week and then going up from there!

Founder & Master Instructor
Samery Moras is a Kukkiwon-certified 4th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo with over 20 years of experience. She spent 6 years traveling as part of Team USA as a competitor in Sparring, competing & training in places like Korea, Australia, Spain, China, Peru, and more. When she traveled overseas for competitions, she started creating videos on her YouTube channel which now has now accrued millions of views.
Aside from her athletic career, she also owns 2 Martial Arts schools in Utah with her family, and loves to teach and share her passion in the Martial Arts.
