One of my first goals is to start getting back in shape, so I came out with a Taekwondo Summer Workout Challenge for all of us to do!
This is a fun challenge to use for motivation to start working out, to add to your regular workouts, or just to explore fun new exercises!

Here’s an overview of each day of the Workout Challenge:
MONDAY: Cardio
TUESDAY: Poomsae
WEDNESDAY: Leg Control
THURSDAY: Follow-Along Video Workout
FRIDAY: Kicks + Core
SATURDAY: Flexibility
SUNDAY: Rest Day
These exercises are meant to be FUN and a bit challenging! Remember everyone has a different skill level so take your time, adjust what you need, and stay safe! Do a complete warmup before attempting any of the exercises 🙂

Hello Master Samery! My name is Jeff Hinton and I live in Atlanta, Georgia. I’ve been a 1st dan for 26 years. I’ve been back in training for a year now and I love it. I also have the pleasure of training with Alex Wong! She’s is my favorite (besides you of course 😂😂). I was interested in maybe joining your group but I was wondering what day do you do your group class? Hope to hear from you. By the way, your poomse tutorials are very helpful!

Hey Sam, I’ve been doing martial arts a total of 4 years(taekwondo 3.5, and jijitsu half a year) I’m currently a red jet and get my first Dan nectar year, and I’m gonna get weight but I look skinny (I weigh around 180, what tips are there to lose weight (lose about 50-60 pounds

Why are you always using your back leg even though I know it’s the power leg. Why aren’t you using front leg which is the speed leg? Too many Taekwondo Fighters use their back leg only for every kick they do?
Hi, I live in Australia and I wanted to know if you have any videos for kids classes. With the pandemic I would like to get my little kids to do physical activity at home and I was hoping you will have some online classes. Kids are 8, 6 and 3.
