One of my first goals is to start getting back in shape, so I came out with a Taekwondo Summer Workout Challenge for all of us to do!

This is a fun challenge to use for motivation to start working out, to add to your regular workouts, or just to explore fun new exercises!

Here’s an overview of each day of the Workout Challenge:

MONDAY: Cardio
TUESDAY: Poomsae
WEDNESDAY: Leg Control
THURSDAY: Follow-Along Video Workout
FRIDAY: Kicks + Core
SATURDAY: Flexibility
SUNDAY: Rest Day

These exercises are meant to be FUN and a bit challenging! Remember everyone has a different skill level so take your time, adjust what you need, and stay safe! Do a complete warmup before attempting any of the exercises 🙂
