The course is broken down into workout routines with a calendar & drills that you can use to follow-along and practice. It also goes over the first Taekwondo Poomsae: Taeguk Il Jang.
Even if you’ve NEVER taken a single Martial Arts class before, this is a great way to get started on your Martial Arts Journey!

When does the course start and finish?
The course is set up for 4-weeks, but you can take as long as you want to complete it! It is a completely self-paced online course – you decide when you start and when you finish.
PLUS- you also get access to the full Black Belt Samery online training video library with 100+ videos of drills and workouts to continue learning!
Do I need any special equipment?
The course is designed to not need any special equipment other than a large enough area for you to safely kick and workout in! The course does have training equipment suggestions if you choose to order equipment!
What if I’m a complete beginner and not in shape?
The course is designed for beginners and you can adjust the amounts & take breaks as often as you need! There are suggested amounts, but each participant is encouraged to individualize the workouts to whatever challenges them comfortably. So if you need to press pause and take a break, you can pick it back up later and take as slow as you need!
Can I get a refund once I buy the course?
Due to the nature of the online course product, there are no refunds once you purchase the course.
